Return Policy

In store

Robert Held Art Glass is committed to providing you with a high quality, handmade piece that you can enjoy for a lifetime. We do not however offer refunds for glass purchased in store. We do want you to be completely satisfied, so we will accept exchanges for standard in stock pieces that may not be quiet right for you once you get them home. Please return for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

On-line

At Robert Held we stand by all of our hand blown art pieces. We do our very best to photograph and present items as close to the actual piece as possible. However, due to the nature of hand made glass slight differences in colour and size do occur. As well colours may present differently due to computer monitor variations.
 

Returns

Please do not return any product without contacting us first. All returned goods MUST have prior authorization before being shipped back to us.

When you receive an order, please inspect your items and hold onto the original packaging. If you have a problem with any of your purchased items or are not completely satisfied, please contact us for a return confirmation.

 

Process

To return an item, please email customer service at
info.robertheld@gmail.com Please include in the email:

  • Your name
  • Photograph of the receipt/packing slip
  • Photograph of the item you wish to return

You will receive a reply email with shipping instructions.



Please note: Shipping for all returns must be trackable shipping, paid for and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the returned product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will be for the purchase price and not include the original cost of shipping.
 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged in Shipping

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
